Not Satisfied with Your Purchase?
No problem! You can return your item within 14 days of receipt.
Here’s how to process your return in 3 easy steps:

- Complete the Return Form: We’ll send you a return form via email. Print it, fill it out, and include it with your return package.
- Send the Item Back: Ship the item along with the completed return form to the address provided in our email.
Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we’ll refund the full purchase amount (including product and delivery costs) via a purchase voucher. If you prefer another form of refund, please let us know when you contact us.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
